Cleveland, Ohio, We are looking for an experienced hospital pharmacy leader to provide compounding oversight for our small 3-hospital system. PharmD and Residency preferred. All candidates must have 3-5 years of recent experience as a hospital pharmacist. 3 recent years of some type of management experience with a strong compounding background is a must.
