Boise, Idaho, Overview St. Luke’s Inpatient Pharmacy Teams are growing and expanding our abilities to serve our communities. Variable hours, excellent benefits, professional business environment, fantastic teams, and **SIGNING BONUS. ** Locations: Boise, Meridian, and Nampa opportunities available Hours: Variable shifts Monday through Friday and rotating weekends Night shifts may be available Schedules available: Full-time An Inpatient Pharmacy Technician assists our pharmacists with the preparation and delivery of medications for our patients. Tasks vary in day-to-day scheduling, ranging from: Sterile/non-sterile compounding Delivering to Automated Dispensing Cabinets at the units Preparing immunizations Preparing and filling labels in our central pharmacy Preparing kits to be delivered to the floor with kit check Working with our nursing staff to ensure we are meeting patients’ needs Additional duties of collecting patient medication histories at the bedside to provide the safest, highest quality of care are required for specific departments. An Inpatient Pharmacy Technician works with updated pharmacy technology to assist them in completing tasks quickly, efficiently, and safely. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License required Two (2) years’ experience preferred Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred Why St. Luke’s A strong, talented staff is at the heart of St. Luke’s Health System.
