Physician Recruiter

Morris, Illinois, The Physician Recruiter is responsible to source and develop a pipeline of physicians and nurse practitioners for the hospital and healthcare centers.  The ideal candidate is a dynamic, creative and customer service focused leader that passionately represents Morris Hospital, markets our brand and assumes responsibility for the sourcing, recruitment, and selection of internal and external applicants for assigned areas of responsibility.  
They will ensure the effective collaboration with service line leaders on recruitment strategies and onboarding of new candidates, establishing trust and confidence. The Physician Recruiter will design and execute efficient and effective executive recruitment strategies; work with the Human Resources and Medical Staff departments to fill positions with the highest quality talent quickly and efficiently. Bachelor’s Degree
Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
PHR, SPHR training/certification preferred
Knowledge of foreign visas and immigration laws as they relate to hiring candidates
Knowledge of Stark Law, IRS, and Anti-Kickback regulations as it relates to physician recruitment
