Boise, Idaho, Overview St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking a Process Control Specialist to join our Outpatient Pharmacy team. Responsibilities Assists in the development and implementation of the annual risk-based compliance work plan Assists in investigations of potential process control incidents, including collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, compliance, etc. leadership regarding incidents. Investigation activities include participating in incident assessments, interviews, phone calls, meetings with involved parties, and summary evaluation of information and data Assists in the design and delivery of training and orientation to staff and applicable business associates Assists in updating of existing policies and drafts new policies as needed Assists with documenting incidents in an incident log, including maintaining supporting documentation Collaborates with key stakeholders on process control issues, including the implementation of standards and requirements Maintains current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws to ensure ongoing compliance by the organization Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science or related field OR four (4) years’ experience in lieu of degree Three (3) years’ healthcare regulatory experience Why St. Luke’s A strong, talented staff is at the heart of St. Luke’s Health System.
