This position oversees the monitoring and maintenance of the Global Professionalism Standards system, planning and supporting events, assists students, and all incoming inquiries. As well as developing and maintaining community relationships to support Pure Motivation and volunteer opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and developing student events and workshops
- Coordinating with Departments and Programs across campus to support events, workshops, green rooms, and other special events
- Data entry of administrative elements to Global Professionalism Standards system (CampusVue, Salesforce)
- Annual statistical analysis of Global Professionalism Standards system and events
- Follow up on all incoming GPS and Department inquiries (Phone, Email, Office, Salesforce)
- Maintain and update Full Sail One’s Professional Development group (stories and events) and Support articles
- Maintain and coordinate Pure Motivation events and Community postings
- Review and process data for all staff and student submissions (conference, volunteer, student crews, alliliate submissions, etc.) for GPS review
- Oversee daily Work Study and Intern duties and schedules
- Participate in the GPS Committee
Other Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with new Full Sail departments/teams and in the community to better assist students and plan events.
- Develop new ways to better serve our online students

This position oversees Professional Development Work Study and Interns.
Competencies:
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written means are extremely important.
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be motivated and able to work independently
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelors degree is related field.

- Mac OS
- Presentation Software
- Social Media
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
- Full Time Employee, 40 hours per week
- Ability to lift 15 pounds or more
- Work hours may vary to include evenings and/or weekend
