Job Description:
As members of the Office of
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (ODEI) staff, Program Development Specialists collaborate with colleagues and
stakeholders to cultivate a culture of inclusive excellence for all UT Dallas faculty, staff, students and visitors. They support the unit
by coordinating program logistics and assisting with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and/or programs for the
department.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field;
Three (3) or more years
of relevant professional experience;
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education
and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, social or behavioral science, cultural studies, or other areas
related to the position; minimum three years experience in positions related to institutional initiatives, especially as related to policy
education and programs related to the engagement and retention of students and employees from marginalized identities; experience managing
and producing print and multimedia communication (i.e., social media, video editing, website management); knowledge of inclusive
communications.
