Main purpose:

The main purpose of this position/job is:

To provide strategic and operational management of the Community of Practice/network and its resources towards ensuring the organisation’s successful mission attainment, good governance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include the following:

Strategic management
Programme and operations management
Project coordination across various streams
Resource management
Proposal development and resource mobilisation
Research oversight
Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
Minimum academic requirements and experience:
A relevant qualification (minimum Honors) from an accredited university or institution. Candidates may come from a wide range of fields.
3+ years of related experience
Experience in Higher Education advantageous
