Orlando, Florida, The Project Administrator works within the context of the Central Florida Behavioral Health Hub (CFL-BHH), from a team approach, to coordinate non-clinical activities pertaining to the successful operation of the hub. The Project Administrator will serve as the primary interface between the Florida Department of Health (FL DOH) granting entity and the CFL-BHH team. This person will maintain and manage all deadlines, coordinating completion of all required efforts including participation in state and quality improvement meetings, data reports, quality improvement projects, provider trainings, and in collaboration with the Data Management Specialist, maintain the hub’s tracking database. The Project Administrator integrates individual and team efforts and builds a positive relationship among the team and with external agencies involved in the hub. This position will assist in the communication strategies to promote the CFL-BHH and may present at conferences and/or leadership meetings as well as assist in the development and management of grant budget and contract renewal processes. Primary interface between FL DOH and CFL-BHH by attending all meetings, conferences, and associated meetings (NICHQ, FL CMS LAN, etc. ) and relaying information to the CFL-BHH team members as well as coordinating all required efforts among the CFL-BHH team members. Coordinate and assist in managing CFL-BHH meetings, trainings, liaison with Behavioral Health Organizations and BHH providers, quality improvement projects and community outreach. Work with Data Programs Specialist to update and maintain hub’s tracking databases in conjunction with other team members as needed. Identify, manage, coordinate, and report on all local and state BHH quality improvement projects.

Track and manage all project plans and FL DOH deadlines outlined in contracts and MOUs, completing and submitting all quarterly and annual reports including quality improvement project updates in a timely manner. Identify, record, analyze potential and actual issues, taking corrective action independently or with the support of the broader BHH team. Collaborate with management to oversee development and expenditures of grant budget to ensure appropriate use of funds, including estimating effort and planning activities to use funds. Provide regular team updates on activities and progress for all components of the BHH. Create and use tracking systems and spreadsheets or other tools to manage MOUs, partner relations and tasks. Provides outreach to current and future participating members of the BHH, including primary care providers and behavioral health providers. Assist CFL-BHH in community activities. Partner with the inter-departmental efforts of the pediatric resident-led parent management trainings that includes the planning and implementation of sessions for caregivers and children. Additional miscellaneous duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by employee’s supervisor. Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree More than 5 years experience with coordination and supporting intricate grant activities, reports, contract compliance and quality improvement preferred.
