Valhalla, New York, Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects to support hospital operations – with a primary focus on Facilities Management. The Project Manager will work closely with the various clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to support various process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflow through major facilities projects, capital improvements, new technology integration and optimization. The candidate will set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and summarize project status for Hospital Leadership. Responsibilities: Plan and implement assigned projects including the definition of project scope, charter, goals, deliverables and timeline. Coordinate and support the planning, design, and execution of facility renovation and improvement projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and budgetary constraints. Develop and manage project budget, manage project resource allocation, including the regular assessments of actual vs. planned expenditures. Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize project delays. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools; provide quality assurance including the development and implementation of responsive actions plans; implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Provide direction and support to various project teams.

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders including appropriate escalation. Present reports defining project progress, concerns and solutions. Complete project evaluations and assessment of results. Coordinates work of contractors and interfaces with customers to accommodate program requirements. Conduct data gathering, research, due diligence, and related functions so as to supply information needed for but not limited to: project proposals, buy vs. build analyses, market analyses, environmental scans, vetting of vendors/suppliers/consultants or other purposes as needed. Performs ad hoc duties as required. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: Two years of related experience in project management in facilities or construction projects required. Experience in project management in a public health, health regulatory or health services related organization or program preferred. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred Licenses / Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred About Us: NorthEast Provider Solutions Inc.
