Wilmington, Delaware, Nemours is seeking a Project Manager (Information Systems), to join our Nemours Children’s Health team in either Wilmington, Delaware or Orlando, Florida. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating a project team to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to the organization. Facilitate the definition of project scope and schedule for projects with a keen focus on regular and timely delivery of value to the organization. Organize and lead project status and working meetings, including preparing and distributing progress reports to team members and leadership. Develop and facilitate an issues reporting and resolution process. Escalate irresolvable issues promptly to ensure quick response and corrective actions to keep projects on track. Construct and maintain the necessary documentation and artifacts for agile teams and projects. Promote empowerment of the team while holding them accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work. Support product owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, assist with stakeholder communications and actively support governance processes. Define and manage a well-defined agile project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing information systems projects using agile or traditional project manager methodologies required. A balanced technical/business background to provide highly credible leadership to technical teams required. PMP, Agile Project Manager or equivalent certification preferred. Prior experience with PM toolsets such as MS Project, Visio, and Office is preferred.
