Hershey Medical Center Location : US:PA:Hershey Work Type : Full Time FTE : 1. 00 Shift : Day Hours : 8 Hour Shifts SUMMARY OF POSITION : Responsible for leading the departmental administrative office including direct supervision of support staff, while providing executive support to the Department Chair, Operations Director II, Executive Operations Management II and Research Director. The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related to the daily function of the department with little to no supervision. Meticulous with organization, expert in multi-tasking and a master of time management; loves and thrives in a bustling office environment. Must be flexible and enjoy the challenging tasks of supporting the Department Chair with a very complex and ever changing schedule and calendar. High level of confidentiality is a must as the direct liaison to the Department Chair and routine interaction with senior level executives at Penn State Health and Penn State University. The role will provide leadership and demonstrate professional and effective oral and written communication.
