Columbus, Ohio, OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Mount Carmel Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time, Board Certified General Adult Psychiatrist to clinically lead psychiatric services and provide administrative oversight to an 80-bed acute treatment center located in Columbus, Ohio. Mount Carmel Behavioral Health is a partnership between Mount Carmel Health Systems and Acadia Healthcare and specializes in treating men and women who are experiencing behavioral or mental health crisis. This leadership position requires an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is constantly striving to improve processes. The appropriate candidate will have the ability to develop camaraderie with multiple teams, excellent communication skills and the ability to envision, as well as produce, change with a focus on innovating care to be more patient-centered and to meet the changing needs of an ever-evolving healthcare landscape. Three to five years of experience is essential, sub specialization though beneficial is not required.
