What you’ll do:

Chasing of all overdue Purchase Orders on a daily basis
Proactive resourcing of outstanding purchase orders
Use of Supplier back order reports and order acknowledgments to ensure our system is updated with as much information as possible
Liaise with Sales Team to communicate any issues arising with their orders
Cancel and amend orders as necessary, including initiating returns procedures
Provide departmental mailbox management when required
Take ownership of queries and follow through to completion
Develop relationships with all key Suppliers to enable improved ETA accuracy we provide to our sellers / customers
Provide cover for other members of the department as necessary and perform other tasks if requested
