Morristown/NJ/USA, Overview Atlantic Health System is seeing a Full Time Quality Coordinator, RN for Atlantic Medical Group CMO to assess data to identify high risk and rising risk patients across all insurance payors. Responsibilities Essential Functions: The Quality Care Registered Nurse (RN) will ensure that key quality data sets are assembled, maintained, and reported to internal stakeholders and external agencies in accordance with stated requirements. Quality Care Registered Nurse primary responsibilities will include the organization and maintenance of clinical data, analysis, and the presentation of such data to support the implementation of key improvement initiatives. The Quality Care Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with AMG practices on population health initiatives and streamline education. Qualifications Education: Registered Nurse (RN) Degree from an accredited school of Nursing BSN preferred Qualifications/Requirements: Quality Care Office Registered Nurse (RN) with health insurance background or Care Manager experience and valid NJ RN License required Advanced skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint) Ability to query systems, abstract data, and create meaningful reports using data queries Strong critical thinking skills and ability to create subject/disease specific education Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet requested timelines Strong communication skills, written/verbal essential Ability to work collaboratively on projects with people from other departments/practice locations Ability to be flexible, some travel to practice locations required About Us Atlantic Health System aims to deliver the highest quality, safety and care combined the best experience for our patients and their families.
