Responsibilities: In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patient’s journey by: Ensure clinical operations and practice are consistent with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with practice management providing support for operational projects such as quality committees, quality oncology practice initiative site assessments, advancing care information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM) and other projects as assigned. Facilitate implementation of standardized best practices within the organization. Demonstrate and advocate for consistent practice standards as well as community standards of care. Demonstrate working knowledge of applicable labor laws and schedules while coordinating employee staffing including PTO, leave and overtime. Incorporate clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards. Assess staffing levels, patient flow and manager practices in the clinical setting. Assist in the development of company-wide clinical competency testing and skills validation programs. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing.

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or the ability to obtain within 3 months of hire. Leadership experience with direct reports What You Bring to the Team: Knowledge and experience in the supervision and management of employees. Knowledgeable of reimbursement procedures and documentation requirements. Knowledge of community resources to meet patient and family needs. The safety of our patients and staff is our top priority. Masks are required in all Arizona Oncology facilities regardless of vaccination status. Candidates who accept employment including current employees who are applying for internal positions, are required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to their start date. Religious and medical exemptions are available to those who meet the criteria.
