Schedule:  Per Diem  Location: AHU Denver Colorado  The community you’ll be caring for: • Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando • We offer great benefits with immediate Health Insurance coverage • Career growth and advancement potential • Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America • AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country • We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year The role you’ll contribute:  Campus Adjuncts are employed by the University to teach didactic courses which are offered on campus.  Campus Adjuncts develop, design and deliver instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator and review and assist with revision as needed for department policies and procedures.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.  This position is in Colorado. ” Provide course syllabi for instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator. Develop, design and deliver instruction in collaboration with the course coordinator. Engage in the academic roles of teaching, service, scholarship and service. Grade examinations and assignments and review evaluations with students, meet all established deadlines set by the University for testing assignments and grade submissions. Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : Degree at or above the degree level of the course being taught, from a regionally-accredited academic institution. A minimum of 18 graduate-level semester hours of credit in the discipline(s) being taught.
