Referral Coordinator – Medical Group Administration

Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Penn State Health Corporation Location : US:PA:Lancaster Work Type : Full Time FTE : 1. 00 Shift : Day Hours : 8:00a – 4:30p SUMMARY OF POSITION : To proactively establish and maintain relationships with practice site management and providers outside the Academic Medical Group and build new referral relationships. Build a concierge referral process by consistently communicating with internal and external customers. Improve fill rates and reduce access time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): High school degree or equivalent required.
