Risk Management and Compliance (RMC) plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm’s compliance mission. RMC function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies, measures and monitors compliance with applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally. Risk Management & Compliance teams work closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risks, and monitor and test the adequacy of the firm’s control environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Apply critical problem solving skills and analytical mindset to ensure successful project delivery
  • Assist in driving business solutions utilizing firmwide application to support the RMC Governance Team
  • Demonstrate high quality project management skills, bringing ability to quickly implement governance and structure in place to manage work in a dynamic environment
  • Ensure projects are properly documented and regular status updates are provided to senior management
  • Partnering with stakeholders including; Legal, Risk, Technology, Finance, Business partners and the various line of business
  • Ability to track, monitor, and provide oversight on key deliverables and working with stakeholders to ensure target goals are met by the due date

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prior experience with SharePoint, Microsoft office suite, business intelligence solutions such as Tableau, Alteryx is a plus;
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Prior experience and understanding of policies or regulatory change management process is a plus;
  • Strong risk and controls mindset;
