Camp HIll, Pennsylvania, Penn State Health Community Medical Group Location : US:PA:Camp Hill Work Type : Full Time FTE : 1. 00 Shift : Day Hours : 7:30a -4:00p / 8:00a – 4:30p ***$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS – eligible to those that qualify*** JOB SUMMARY: Provides high quality scheduling experience for the patients of Penn State Health. Perform all elements of scheduling accurately and politely at point of patient contact. Answers inbound calls from patients and internal stakeholders, places outbound calls to patients, and redirects patients as needed. Demonstrates ability to resolve clinical concern when presented by a patient and uses sound knowledge and judgement in involving appropriate clinician. Deploys excellent customer service engagement skills by phone. Schedules accurately for all specialty area supported in Phone Access Group against scheduling guidelines. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S): High School Diploma or equivalent required.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):   Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.   Prior Call Center, Healthcare IT, or Healthcare operational experience preferred.

  Prior Ambulatory practice site experience preferred.   Strong customer service background preferred.   ABOUT PENN STATE HEALTH: Penn State Health is one of the leading teaching and research hospitals in the country.
