Summit/NJ/USA, Overview Atlantic Health System is seeking a full-time Security Officer I for the Protection & Security Services department at Overlook Medical Center to work 7AM – 7PM, including weekends as needed. Responsibilities Responding to codes, dispatching, report writing, alarm checks, foot/vehichle patrol, and unit posts. Comprehensive and mandatory training requirements include training that may be provided on non-work scheduled hours and may include weekdays and weekends. Overall Safety of the Medical Center and all adjacent facilities and properties. Weekends, holidays are required and Candidate will be subject to recall with short notice Must be available to work any shift, any day Qualifications Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required Military, extensive Law Enforcement or Security experience, will be considered in lieu of associates degree Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum Experience: Prior Security experience preferred Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills, which include: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Outlook.
