Whittier, California, The Senior Contract Analyst reports directly to the Director, Contract Administration. The Senior Contract Analyst performs all tasks relating to the organization’s contract process of managing the full lifecycle of contracts from origination to archival. He/she performs all tasks pertaining to the review, coordination, and regulations, for PIH Health’s vendor contracts, ensuring compliance prior to contract finalization. He/she provides contractual guidance to PIH Health departments as appropriate and ensures contracts adhere to PIH Health’s contracting guidelines. He/she has a working to expert knowledge of contracting concepts. Use of independent judgment and critical thinking applied to resolve contract issues. Required: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience In lieu of degree a minimum of three years’ experience with contracting principles, preferably in a healthcare setting will be considered Experience dealing with senior level executives Advanced level skills with Microsoft Word and Excel Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, specializing in business administration, healthcare management, or similar areas Minimum of three years’ experience with contracting principles, preferably in a healthcare setting Experience dealing with senior level executives Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting
