Schedule:  Full Time Shift : Days The role you’ll contribute: Provides resources and builds relationships focusing on the mission and objectives set forth by the  organization. Acts as operational and strategic resource driving the planning and execution of an  innovation strategy for helping CFD team members navigate their career journey across the organization,  including campuses and system functions. Interfaces with all levels of staff, Emerging, Operational,  Strategic and Executive, to align with key initiatives. Develop content and programs for professional  development in coordination with the Manager, and implement career development solutions which seek  to enhance the professional growth of all AdventHealth team members. Actively participates in  outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally  respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team: • Assesses needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, consultants or others to identify opportunities and to develop an aligned curriculum of system and campus programs, on-line tools and resources • Keeps abreast of curriculum, development, training and facilitation market information & trends to ensure competitive and relevant design and delivery • Shares accountability and responsibility with other Career and Professional Development team members for consistent integrated solutions across the organization. • Develops appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability and measure results • Provides career coaching for all levels of staff, from individual contributor to executive leaders • Creates programmatic content for website to support learning, career growth, and retention and leads team to design and produce programs, videos, and microlearning (from needs assessment through implementation) to support departmental initiatives. • Maintains professional knowledge of innovative and current practices in the areas of learning science, technology, and career development through analysis of research and participation in professional development. • Develops tools/resources, such as toolkits, guides, self-service resources, etc. , utilizing the most current design techniques to develop career development programs targeted at specific business needs (both live and web-based programming) • Creates and executes an effective workforce plan forecasting process to facilitate career planning and succession management • Develop marketing strategy to promote new program Qualifications The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: Required: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Master’s degree in relevant discipline such as Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field and five years progressive experience in organizational development related field, with emphasis on coaching, career development OR • Bachelor’s degree and ten years progressive experience in organizational development related field, with emphasis on coaching, career development EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: • Master’s degree in relevant discipline such as Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field • Experience with career centers and career coaching • Experience in Leadership roles within organizations; experience in client relationship management and consulting; healthcare experience/education LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: • Certified in at least one recognized assessment tool (i. e. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC Behavioral Assessment, etc. ); OR • Certified in two or more leadership development or coaching programs, or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD) LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED: • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) certification highly preferred • Certified or academically qualified to use assessment tools • Certification as a leadership or career coach • Curriculum design and/or facilitation certification This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
