The OU digital lead will be responsible for accelerating enterprise-wide, cross-functional digital objectives within the OU and acting as the liaison between the OU and Digital Council, overseeing global and OU-level digital strategy and delivery. Additionally, the lead will interface with digital counterparts within functions on function-specific priorities. Key responsibilities:
- Liaise with Global Digital Council; providing visibility of OU digital priorities, results and scalable opportunities and cascading actions and guidance across OU LT and functions
- Coordinate the OU Digital Council and integrate into OULT routines
- Support delivery of global priority digital experiences by ensuring appropriate resourcing and support
- Through relevant functional leaders (C&CL, marketing, etc.) – guide the delivery of OU-level priority digital experiences and local boosters, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, visibility, and cross-functional teaming
- Synthesize OU digital strategy, ensuring cohesion with enterprise-wide strategy, and integrate into LRP, ABP
- Partner across System to localize TCCC-wide data strategy and execute within OU in partnership with PS
- Identify digital knowledge / capability needs by function within the OU and manage delivery of digital knowledge building programs (in partnership with People team) to meet current and future needs
Scope :
- Japan & Korea OU (2 Operations, 2 Countries)
- 6 bottlers, including 1 of the Top 5 bottlers worldwide
- Short, mid and long-term (2-10 years) focus.
Impact :
- Profile: Leader influencing key decision makers across different functions and across the Systems in the markets of the OU as well as the global digital network and external stakeholders.
- Reporting to OU Strategy Lead.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
- 10+ years of project management experience and digital transformation, with a focus on agile ways of working and proven success record in several businesses, functional areas and geographies
- Graduate Degree in business, strategy or a related field
- Relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, strategy or general management accountability
- Excellent leadership capability, able to work in a diverse cultural environment, highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Generalist with ability to adjust, learn and connect towards delivery of high-stakes initiatives
