FTE: 1. 0, Shift: day, Schedule: day Position Summary The Supervisor of Engineering Operations is an exciting opportunity supervising maintenance staff, plans, activities, and functions at MultiCare. In this dynamic role you will apply sharp organization and coordination skills along with effective leadership and delegation in your daily work functions. Responsibilities You will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all building systems You will oversee the maintenance and repair work on all interior and exterior building finishes You will review, approve, and obtain managers approval and signature for shop work orders and invoices You will oversee and develop maintenance shop departmental policies and standard operating procedures You will insure compliance to department’s SOP’s Requirements Associate’s degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered Four (4) years of experience in hospital maintenance, operations, mechanical, and electrical systems Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisory or lead capacity Our Values As a MultiCare employee, we’ll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness.
