Shreveport, Louisiana, Description Summary: Coordinates the administrative, clinical, and technical functions and activities in one or more divisions or sections of the department for the Highland and Bossier Emergency Hospital ED Labs. Provides laboratory services to meet the needs of patients, ensuring services are performed in accordance with accepted standards and practices. Consults with medical staff and other healthcare providers on matters relating to laboratory services. Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology or other biological science. Minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory experience. Licensed by the State of Louisiana as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Registered as MT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or CLS(AMT) is required. Work Type: Full Time
