Phoenix, Arizona, Position Summary This position performs a variety of receiving, inventory, stocking and disbursement, and equipment provisioning and cleaning functions. Performs supply chain functions to support clinical operations. Education High School diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience Two (2) years of experience in inventory, materials management, or supply chain at PCH or other medical supply industry. (Required) Demonstrated competency of all inventory management and customer satisfaction activities by way of department exam/check-list. (Required) One (1) year of experience in customer service. (Required) Certifications Electric Pallet Jack Training Certification (Preferred) Current and valid Arizona Driver`s License (Preferred) Special Skills Effective verbal and written communication skills. (Required) Knowledge of health care Supply Chain management. (Required)
