Boise, Idaho, Overview St. Luke’s Health System seeks a Talent Program Manager for employee engagement and experience . This individual will guide the design, development and delivery of system-wide performance management programs, engagement surveys and other key employee experience initiatives. This role is an integral member of the Talent Management function and whose work directly fosters an environment where team members feel welcomed, engaged and supported, and are empowered to learn and seek excellence. Responsibilities Lead project management, design and delivery of performance programs including reviews, goals, development plans and feedback. Lead project management, design and delivery of engagement surveys, results and action planning. Create, write and publish training materials and toolkits, communication plans and written technical documentation to support employee and leader engagement for assigned programs. Collaborate on system configuration and technologies to support the administration and reporting of assigned programs. This includes learning management and survey listening systems. Collaborate with key partners to identify and develop strategic enhancements and additions for programs.
Review business requirements and recommend solutions to satisfy requirements and support learning, development and performance. Design, develop and deploy reports to support development initiatives, system-wide compliance, and leadership decision-making. Develop, create and maintain test plans/scripts for the functionality/technology identified and works with staff to plan, test and implement new solutions and/or enhancements. Support other talent initiatives and events by assisting with event planning, management and moderation. Support talent communications by writing and publishing copy and content to support recruiting and engagement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 3 years’ experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation.
