Job Description
Responsible for University-wide testing services needs and providing
academic support to students. Reporting to the Assistant Dean/Director, the Coordinator communicates in a timely, professional fashion with
faculty and students to ensure testing services protocol are followed and students’ needs are met. This position manages confidential
student information and testing materials. The Coordinator also provides support to offices within the Academic Life and Student Transitions

1. Directs all aspects of Testing Services
- Oversees all day-to-day
operations of Testing Services which includes the coordination of semester and final exams for students with documented accommodations
through Disability Support Services, make-up final exams in January, May and August, and anticipatory exams in summer and winter - Develops and updates services, policies and procedures in response to changing demands

Schedules and publicizes services, communicates program policies/procedures to campus and community and maintains integrity of testing
environment - Processes testing requests forms and schedules exams in accordance with Testing Services
policies - Identifies and prepares for any applicable accommodations, testing needs and assistive technology for
each student - Maintains confidentiality and compliance with FERPA
- Oversee Testing
Services budget to be a good steward of University funds and ensure students have technology and resources necessary for accommodated
testing - Represent Testing Services on University Committee on Discipline Hearing for academic integrity concerns
for students using testing services - Work closely with campus partners such as Disability Support Services, faculty
and Library and Technology Services to provide appropriate testing accommodations - Creates end of semester reports
to assess Testing Services usage
2. Supervises graduate student Proctor staff
- Recruit
and interview Proctor candidates - Complete hiring process including payroll paperwork and obtaining
availability - Develop relevant and timely training resources for staff
- Schedule Proctors
for upcoming exams - Complete payroll reporting
3. Facilitates education of Testing
Services policies, procedures and protocol for all users
- Meet individually with new students to help them understand
the process for using Testing Services - Coordinate with faculty and department coordinators on how to use
Accommodate - Host open houses to invite faculty and students to the space for comfortability and
familiarity - Create resources such as handouts, videos and website text

Grade: 7-37.5; $35,560 – $42,690
This is an approximate range and is subject to change based on experience, skills and

Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and
experience; Associates Degree preferred
One to three years related work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, time
management and sound judgment
Experience coordinating and managing schedules
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in carrying out responsibilities
Excellent computer skills
with experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software
Successful completion of standard
background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks,
motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the
position
