Springfield, Massachusetts, Vice President Heart, Vascular & Neurosciences – Bay State Health – Springfield, MA WittKieffer is proud to announce it is partnering with Baystate Health on its search for a dynamic, distinguished executive to serve as its next Vice President, Heart, Vascular & Neurosciences. Baystate Health, a five hospital, not-for-profit, integrated academic health system serves over 800,000 people throughout western New England. The Vice President, Heart & Vascular and Neurosciences in conjunction with the service line Vice Presidents/Medical Directors will establish the strategic direction for the Heart & Vascular and Neuroscience service lines across Baystate Health and throughout the region. This individual is responsible for the operational implementation of these strategies and associated plans and will facilitate the alignment, integration, and teamwork of service lines to ensure optimal care of patients. Qualifications . A Master of Science degree is required. . Evaluation of the market to understand patient dynamics, consumerism and the competitive landscape and put plans in place that support appropriate growth. . Take a leadership role in ensuring all management and team members understand and align with the strategic vision for the service line.
