Job Description

Northeast College of Health Sciences (Northeast College) seeks a driven, data-appreciative, and collaborative leader to serve as its next
vice president of enrollment management. The anticipated start date is early fall 2023, and the position is eligible for Northeast
College’s hybrid work program.

Northeast College of Health Sciences educates deeply dedicated and skilled professionals who

Northeast College currently enrolls 459 students across a broad
range of graduate-level integrative healthcare programs: Doctor of Chiropractic, Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition, Master of
Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology Instruction, and Bachelor of Professional Studies (a degree completion program). Northeast College
also offers residencies in diagnostic imaging and clinical anatomy. The college is embarking on an exciting period as it prepares to
introduce five new degree programs at the associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s levels in the upcoming year.

Northeast College’s 286-acre campus in the heart of New York State’s Finger Lakes region includes a state-of-the-art
8,000-square-foot research building; a multipurpose athletic complex; and modern, well-equipped facilities such as the Anatomy Center.

Reporting to President Michael Mestan, the vice president of enrollment management (VPEM) is a senior-level administrative position that
serves as a member of the president’s cabinet and participates in institution-wide strategic planning and policy development. The VPEM
will be responsible for the development, successful implementation, coordination, and evaluation of the college’s strategic enrollment
management plan; creating and maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among the admissions team; working closely
with the marketing and communications division in generating prospective student leads; participating in student retention initiatives and
outcomes, and providing vision and leadership to Northeast College in all these areas.

The vice president oversees the admissions,
financial aid, and registrar offices. This senior leader supports institutional strategic goals and mission by working collaboratively with
the college’s vice presidents, deans, and other colleagues to foster a strategic enrollment management approach to support
recruitment, enrollment, and retention. They provide a leadership role in institutional strategic planning; preparing and analyzing data and
trends related to the enrollment of students; and developing an enrollment management strategy that will position the institution to meet
and exceed retention and recruitment goals. The VPEM oversees a staff of 15, including five direct reports, and manages an operating budget
of $2,073,000.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in enrollment
management, admissions, financial aid, or registration and records are required.

new undergraduate and graduate students, financial aid leveraging, retention, and net tuition revenue maximization strategies. Outstanding
writing skills, excellent presentation and oral skills, creativity, enthusiasm for the mission of Northeast College of Health Sciences, and
the ability to work collaboratively on a senior leadership team are all essential requirements.

This position’s approved hiring salary range is $160,000-$170,000,
commensurate with experience.
