Role Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to partners and/or customers for ZTE technologies, products, and/or solutions.
Escalate some specific problems to ZTE HQ team for further solution.
Lead the team to achieve common goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years and above experience in operators or Equipment manufacturer related area
Commitment and ability to resolve complex technical problems, multitask, and be dedicated to customer success
Innate crisis management skills and ability to handle critical customer issues/problems
Experience interacting with customer or in a client facing role
Know about the common solution of ISP Backbone or IPRAN network
Desired Skills
Knowledge TCP/IP such as VLAN, ISIS, OSPF,BGP,MPLS VPN,etc
HCIP(preferred)/CCNP certification
Network troubleshooting experience
